CNS has been developing software since 1991. The main focus is on human diagnostics laboratories (HDL) and information systems (IS) they use. The HDL policy is to provide its customers with the maximum quality services in the field of the clinical examination which is crucial for the correct medical diagnose determination. However, the "box solution" does not allow medical facilities or groups of labs to use IS to their fullest potential. Since its establishment in 1991 CNS a.s. occupies itself with the software solution development made by order. The developers of the software department work on MS Windows platforms during the application development. It refers to all accessible versions. The amount of development tools used by our programmers shows the wide range of activities both from the customer point of view and from the point of view of expertise and qualification.

Medidat

As healthcare administration costs rise, MEDIDAT assists in the e-Health marketplace. The application provides efficient management and secure distribution tools for patient test results as they are transfered within laboratories and the requesting physicians, hospitals, outpatient clinics, etc. MEDIDAT also aims to improve healthcare outcomes by delivering test results to physicians more rapidly, empowering medical professionals the ability to provide treatment for their patient more quickly and effectively. MEDIDAT meets the strict EU personal data protection legislation (equivalent to the HIPAA Compliance in the United States). In 2013 2.5 million test results were sent through MEDIDAT to physicians. The SYNLAB group which provides healthcare services throughout Europe and Asia is among MEDIDAT’s primary customers, but MEDIDAT customers include hospitals, outpatient clinics, and physicians throughout Europe. In addition, MEDIDAT is proud of its collaboration with the Czech Republic Army, a current standing NATO member.

Eurodat

CNS a.s. launched EURODAT in 2000. This system has been certified and licensed by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic (General Customs Office), meeting this department’s high standards for data security and processing speed. EURODAT provides an e-customs procedure to approximately 600 commercial, industrial and logistics companies in Europe, Asia, and the United States. As a result of EuroDat, IT-CNS has become a member of the European Alliance EURTRADENET whose goal is to streamline e-customs procedures (and therefore business transactions) between the EU nations and all other countries. The system processed more than 6 million unique messages (files) in 2013. Current clients of EuroDat include Johnson Controls, Hyundai, Foxconn, Emirates Airlines, Heineken, DAMCO (Maersk Group), Continental Automotive, ArcelorMittal, Skoda Auto (Volkswagen Group), BOSCH, Panasonic etc.

KPD

While generally considered a B2B application, KPD's primary focus is on the automotive industry and its logistics. The application connects and automates a data exchange between production and supplier companies while aiming to maximize the production efficiency. This helps to optimize warehouse stock/inventory (“Just In Time” approach), product delivery, and administrative functions. The KPD application also supports a state-of-art billing process which provides services such as self-billing where the customer may produce invoices on behalf of a supplier and pay them immediately. All of KPD’s capabilities are executed through customized integration into the clients information system.

S4D

Safety4Data is a unique Business-to-Business (B2B) system which ensures an effective distribution of data in a highly secured virtual network as defined by individual users. The philosophy of the system is based on the simplicity of its use which enables users to carry out the complex set-up network rights and privileges without the need for a specialized IT department. The system’s ease of use ultimately leads to a reduction of operating costs. The Safety4Data system allows users to have the possibility to adapt their system to their needs and to enact any changes in real time.

SELMA

SELMA is a complete system for execution of the logistics of medical request, blood and tissue samples and results for a company or individual office. The very solution is quite complex and it encompasses a substantial number of modules whereas it does not encompass implementation of a laboratory information system (LIS) as such and it only serves as data moderator. Statistical module of SELMA enables various views on all stored data. The basic solution of SELMA consists of a data server, connectors for individual LISs, thin/strong client and communication interface with MediDat.

Lubos Hajn – President

Lubos Hajn is President of IT-CNS, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of CNS a.s.

Mr. Hajn is one of the founders and owners of CNS a.s. and has been leading the company since 1993. Under his leadership, CNS become very successful and important player on the Czech and also EU market. All of this was possible due to his technical background but also thanks to business and quality management skills.

A 1987 graduate of University of Economics in Prague with an Engineer in Automated System Management, System Analysis.

Petr Samek – Vice President

Petr Samek is Vice President of IT-CNS, Inc., Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Operations Officer of CNS a.s.

Mr. Samek is another founder and owner of CNS. As a COO of CNS, Mr. Samek has helped to organized many prosperous projects such as SELMA (middle-ware for tracking and recording biological materials), EuroDat (Service for Electronic Custom Procedure), ELISA (Record Management Information System) etc.

Petr holds an Engineer Master Degree from Czech Technical University in Computer and Information Sciences. Prior to founding of CNS Petr worked 2 years at Melnik Hospital as IT Supporter.

Jakub Voleman – CEO

Jakub Voleman is Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of IT-CNS, Inc. Jakub worked for CNS more than 4 years as a business developer and project manager. He was chosen for his wide range of experience, including business planning, project management, and marketing.

Jakub has a Master Degree in Economics from University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Economics.

Marek Hajn - COO and Vice President

Marek Hajn is Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of IT-CNS, Inc. and member of the Supervisory Board of CNS a.s. Marek moved to the US in 2014 and has been focused on business development of IT-CNS.

Pittsburgh-based IT–CNS, Inc. is a sister company to the Czech CNS a.s., the Czech Republic IT company, that has been successfully operating throughout the European Union (EU) for more than 25 years. IT-CNS, Inc. established its headquarters in recently fast growing part of Pittsburgh, East Liberty, where Google, Facebook or Uber have their offices as well.
